ONE HADITH A DAY
Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 2369
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ .
“It was narrated from Jabir that:the Prophet (ﷺ) passed judgement on the basis of an oath (from the claimant) along with a (single) witness”
