ONE HADITH A DAY

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) wiped my face with his hand and supplicated for me. He lived for one hundred and twenty years and only had a few little grey hairs on his head

عن أبي زيد بن أخْطَب رضي الله عنه قال: «مَسَح رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يده على وجْهِي ودَعا لي» قال عَزْرَةُ: إنه عاش مائة وعشرين سنَة وليس في رأسه إلا شُعيْرات بِيض.

“Abu Zayd ibn Akhtab (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) wiped my face with his hand and supplicated for me. ‘Azrah (one of the narrators) said: "He lived for one hundred and twenty years and only had a few little grey hairs on his head.””
