ONE HADITH A DAY

On seeing Sa‘d coming, the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: This is my maternal uncle. Is there anyone who has an uncle like him?

Narrated by At-Termedhy · Authentic hadith

عن جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنهما ، قال: أقبل سعد، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : «هذا خالي فليُرِني امرؤٌ خالَه».

“Jābir ibn ‘Abdullāh (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: On seeing Sa‘d coming, the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This is my maternal uncle. Is there anyone who has an uncle like him?"”
