ONE HADITH A DAY

O people of the Qur'an, perform the Witr Prayer for, verily, Allah is Witr (single) and loves what is Witr (single, odd)

عن علي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : «يا أهل القرآن، أوتروا؛ فإن الله وتر، يحب الوتر».

“‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O people of the Qur'an, perform the Witr Prayer for, verily, Allah is Witr (single) and loves what is Witr (single, odd)."”
