عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ رَضيَ اللهُ عنه قَالَ: مَا رَأَيْتُ مِنْ ذِي لِمَّةٍ أَحْسَنَ فِي حُلَّةٍ حَمْرَاءَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، شَعْرُهُ يَضْرِبُ مَنْكِبَيْهِ، بَعِيدَ مَا بَيْنَ الْمَنْكِبَيْنِ، لَيْسَ بِالطَّوِيلِ وَلَا بِالْقَصِيرِ.
“Al-Barā’ (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: "I have never seen anyone with shoulder-length hair and wearing a red garment more beautiful than the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him). He had shoulder-length hair and broad shoulders and was neither tall nor short."”
