Zakariyya (Zechariah) (peace be upon him) was a carpenter

Narrated by Muslim · Authentic hadith

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «كان زكريا -عليه السلام- نجَّارا».

“Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Zakariyya (peace be upon him) was a carpenter."”
