ONE HADITH A DAY

The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite two Sūrahs to read in the Fajr prayer on Friday: Sūrat As-Sajdah and Sūrat al-Insān.

عن أبي هُرَيْرة رضي الله عنه قال: «كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْرأ فِي صلاة الفجر يَومَ الجُمُعَةِ: الم تَنْزِيلُ السَّجْدَةَ وهَلْ أتى على الإنسَان».

“Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite two Sūrahs to read in the Fajr prayer on Friday: Sūrat As-Sajdah and Sūrat al-Insān.”
