Listen and obey, even if an Abyssinian slave, whose head is like a raisin, was appointed a ruler over you

Narrated by Bukhari · Authentic hadith

عن أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : «اسمعوا وأطيعوا، وإن استعمل عليكم عبد حبشي، كأن رأسه زبيبة».

“Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Listen and obey, even if an Abyssinian slave, whose head is like a raisin, was appointed a ruler over you.””
