ONE HADITH A DAY

A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers anywhere else, except for the Sacred Mosque

عَنْ ‌أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «صَلَاةٌ فِي مَسْجِدِي هَذَا خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلَاةٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ إِلَّا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ».

“Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers anywhere else, except for the Sacred Mosque."”
