The bedding of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was made of leather stuffed with palm fiber

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ المُؤْمِنينَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: كَانَ فِرَاشُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ أَدَمٍ، وَحَشْوُهُ مِنْ لِيفٍ، وَلِمُسلمٍ: كَانَ وِسَادَةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الَّتِي يَتَّكِئُ عَلَيْهَا مِنْ أَدَمٍ حَشْوُهَا لِيفٌ.

“‘Ā’ishah, the Mother of the Believers (may Allah be pleased with her), reported: The bedding of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was made of leather stuffed with palm fiber. In the version of Muslim: The pillow of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), which he reclined against, was made of leather stuffed with palm fiber.”

Explanation

The Mother of the Believers, ‘Ā’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her), reported that the bed on which the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) slept was made of tanned leather and stuffed with palm fiber, and likewise, his pillow, which he leaned against, was the same.
